所以，佛教在全世界健康的发展，最重要之处并非佛教发展的外相，而是佛教发展的内涵，是否正法，是否遵循　大圣 释迦牟尼佛祖极终善性的慈悲和智慧的宇宙正能量的操作。

澳大利亚塔州中国佛教学院副院长金刚永乐长老在世界佛教青年僧伽学会专题讨论会上发言，题目是《保障佛教在全世界健康的发展》。

以下为中文内容：
        在中国汉传佛教密宗——圣密宗古梵密金刚禅佛教宗长 薄伽梵 智及维摩诘　师尊的教导下，我们认识到这个世界的存在包括两个部份：显态世界和隐态世界。

在显态世界方面，诸佛教导的原则为慈悲、智慧和爱。具体的操作则视个别地区的文化背景与当时的民众趣向所决定。

在隐态世界方面，大家应遵循　大圣 释迦牟尼佛祖极终善性的慈悲和智慧，按照和进行传承的教相、事相、戒相和圆相，每事均以清净、无我、调伏、精进的心态行持。

因为隐态世界与显态世界的比例是九千九百九十九与一之比，所以，我人应尽量把资源放进隐态世界的操作，这便是我们传承的修行。这亦是唯一能保障佛教在全世界健康的发展的方法。

    以现代语言描述之，便是依靠宇宙正能量的能量效应，解决一切有关问题。根据个人经验，宇宙正能量的能量效应是客观运作而不需主观影响的。

当然，整体而言，我们需传承导师不断的指导，把隐态世界和显态世界的行持，按照其因缘，配合一致，以达最佳的效果。

        The protection of a healthy worldwide development of Buddhism
        Under the teachings of Bhagavan Zhi Ji Vimalakirti Patriarch Master, the Patriarch of Chinese Han Transmission Tantrayana Buddhism - Holy Tantra Go Fan Mi Jin-Gang-Dhyana Buddhism, we recognize the existence of the world consists of two parts:
        The revealed world and the hidden world.

The revealed world and the hidden world.
        With the revealed world, the principle of all Buddhas’ teachings are kindness, compassion, wisdom and love.  Specific actions would depend on the cultural background of individual communities and the interests  With the hidden world, we should follow the ultimate

Sakyamuni Buddha, conducting according to the teaching form, yoga form, discipline form and perfect form, and implemented with the mentality of purity, selflessness, subdued and essential progress.

As the ratio between the hidden world and the revealed world is 9,999 to 1, we should try our best to place resources in the operations in the hidden world. This is our lineage transmission practice. It is also the only way to protect the healthy worldwide development of Buddhism.
